Shengbiao Medical: A fresh platform for medical innovation
Shengbiao (Shanghai) Medical Equipment Technology was founded in 2016 with the aim of accelerating the development of high-quality biomedical products. By providing pilot testing-services, the company plays an essential role in the translation of research into new technologies and commercial products, ranging from autofluorescence imaging technologies that assist cancer diagnoses to supporting the development of novel cancer therapies. Recently, one of their subsidiary companies, Sun-Bio Medical Device, which is based in Japan, has developed a promising bispecific antibody tailored to fight lung cancer. The company is now looking into the antibody’s potential to treating different cancers and exploring other medical innovations that will improve people’s health.
